Coach supervised open-format gym time for members only. This time is designed for members to come in, work on skills/strength/technique and end their session with a short WOD that they and the supervising coach design. Coaches can also provide reps schemes and strength/accessory/mobility work as requested. Supervising coach will likely be working themselves, so you’re welcome to jump in! The more the merrier.
