CrossFit Coach and Co-owner                                                   

Finding CrossFit has been one of the best things that have happened to me. Ever since I was young I was athletic. I played a variety of sports while in school, and at the young age of 14 I got into bodybuilding. I would go to a global gym 6-7 days a week with the goal of increasing my power lifts. About 3 years ago, I wanted to find something that challenged me more than just “lifting weights”. I researched CrossFit and decided to try a class. I was instantly hooked. CrossFit not only tests your physical strength, but also your mental strength which is something I never had challenged before. I also like that CrossFit is very technical and focuses on technique and proper form. After one year of Crossfit I decided to get my Level 1 and become a coach. I’ve been coaching for the past two years and it’s truly been a huge passion of mine. I enjoy being able to do what I love everyday, while being able to share my passion and help others better themselves and reach their goals.

Over my time in CrossFit I’ve competed in various CrossFit and Power Lifting competitions. The training I do personally heavily revolves around having the ability to compete in Power Lifting competitions, and CrossFit competitions.
