CrossFit & Strength Coach

Steph has always been fascinated with the human body and the way in which it moves. She grew up in the world of competitive dance and then moved on to playing soccer and volleyball. Shortly after being introduced to CrossFit, Steph fell in love with the associated philosophies and methodologies –  ultimately leading her to become a certified coach. As a former swimming instructor and a current strength and conditioning coach, Steph has found her passion helping others learn the many physical, mental and emotional benefits that physical activity and exercise has on the body.

Steph has a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Manitoba, and is currently working on a Master’s of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Manitoba. Throughout her professional career, Steph’s mission is to educate others on how to use exercise as a primary tool in the prevention of chronic disease and age-related health implications, as well as using exercise as a means of expediting the natural regenerative processes that occur within the body. She strives to find the balance between feeding and fueling the body while maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle in order to help her clients achieve the highest quality of life.
