Intro / On-Ramp Class
Along with 6-8 others, our 1-hour coach-led classes take you through an introduction to strength training, conditioning and movement mechanics for both every day living and athletic performance. Perfect for beginners, casual exercisers or even former athletes looking for a new challenge. Every day is different and every workout is adapted to your skills and abilities. It’s fun, challenging and a great way to meet awesome people!
For a limited time, we offering this for less than $10 per class. The package includes 2-months (20 classes) of coach-led, group fitness for just $195+GST. 1-month in our intro classes and another to try our regular classes. When Are Classes
We hold intro classes three days per week on Tuesday 7PM, Thursday 7PM and Saturday 1PM. We also offer flexible scheduling for those looking for an early morning workout or other time slots.
